So who are we looking for? Well, our team is made up of many different people but there are a few things that unite us all. Here are some attributes we look for when looking for a new member of the team:

Above all we are looking for friendly, caring, reliable and committed staff members.

We like to keep things local, so if you live in the St Andrews, the East Neuk or surrounding areas that’s perfect!

It would be useful to have a full driving licence and a car due to the distance between our service users.

Have you thought about a second career? We have a range of hours to fit in with your lifestyle, so don’t worry if you have other commitments.

No specific qualifications or experience is required for our Domestic and Home Help Assistants - in fact many of our current employees came to us with very different backgrounds

For our Home Carer roles an SVQ 2 in Care and a minimum of 2 years care experience would be preferred but not essential.

You must be fit, healthy and keen to learn!
